From Cellar to GlassAn authentic experience at Domaine de Pratavone, in the heart of the Ajaccio AOP. We welcome you to discover our family estate, shaped by tradition and passion. From the very beginning, time is taken to introduce the estate, its history, and the philosophy behind our wines. The visit continues through the cellar and the winery, where each stage of vinification and maturation is explored in a concrete way—technical choices, vessels, and the work carried out over each vintage. Step by step, you gain a deeper understanding of how the wines are crafted, from grape to glass. The experience concludes with a guided tasting of several of the estate’s cuvées, accompanied by a selection of local Corsican delicacies. A simple and intimate moment, connecting what has been seen and shared to the experience in the glass.
